While the \"all or nothing vote\" approach may appear to be faulty, the irresponsibility we\'ve seen in international trade and the financial services sector leaves me with the conclusion that nothing should change. Perhaps a single \"holdout country\" will prevent a \"majority vote\" from causing further harm to global citizens. It is the only hope that global citizens have left as a form of protection. Substantive reform must come in the rules which govern trade and the financial serivices sector needs to be cleaned-up prior to worrying about whether or not decision making processes need to change.
